Helping individuals move safely around their home, including transferring from bed to chair, walking support, and ensuring proper use of mobility aids.

Helping individuals with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition based on dietary needs. 

Accurate Medication Dispensing: Verifying the correct medication, dose, and route before administration, in accordance with the patient's medical orders.

Providing patients or caregivers with instructions on how to take medications correctly, potential side effects, and the importance of adherence to prescribed regimens.

Observing and recording the patient’s response to medication, including any side effects or adverse reactions, and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.

Ensuring medications are stored appropriately and handling them according to best practices to prevent contamination, deterioration, or misuse.

Following established safety protocols, such as the "Five Rights" of medication administration (right patient, right medication, right dose, right route, right time), to reduce the risk of medication errors.
